We recommend users verify their VAT figures independently or consult with a qualified tax professional to ensure accuracy.
IMC Systems Ltd is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the figures provided to the M10-MTD software.
IMC Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from inaccuracies in the data provided by users.
M10-MTD, as at the time of implementation, is recognized by HMRC according to HMRC’s standards.
Future changes to HMRC regulations that render the current version of M10-MTD non-compliant will necessitate software updates. Users will be notified of such changes and the availability of updates.
Updates aimed at maintaining compliance with new HMRC regulations may be subject to additional charges. Users will be informed in advance about any chargeable updates.
IMC Systems Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the email provided at the time of registration or via a notification within the software.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
